Our Services

Granpai converts AI-generated designs into functional websites on WordPress, Shopify, or another platform agreed with the client. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project are defined in a separate written quote or agreement, which takes precedence over general statements on this website.

Quotes and Payment

Quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the information submitted and are subject to confirmation once we've reviewed your design and requirements in full. Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins and specified in your project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Providing the AI-generated design, content, and assets needed to complete the project
• Responding to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
• Ensuring you have the right to use any design, image, or content you provide us

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website deliverables transfers to the client, except for any third-party assets, licensed components, or Granpai's own reusable tooling, which remain the property of their respective owners.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in a project is defined in your quote. Additional revisions beyond what's included may be billed separately.

Limitation of Liability

Granpai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a delivered website, including but not limited to third-party platform changes, hosting issues, or content provided by the client.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as outlined in the specific project agreement. Work completed up to the point of termination is billable.

Website Use

This website itself is provided "as is." You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
